On November 13th on UC Clermont College’s campus, a bestselling author Jami Attenberg visits to read from her novel All This Could Be Yours and answer any questions that the public may have. There were over 50 people at the event, give or take. She had explained the way she comes up with the ideas for her books, she had said something along the lines that she hears these people or voices in her head which are the characters of her book and that leads to the creation of the book. At the reading she says, “I am what you call it a Narcissistic writer.” The reading was lovely and ended very well. The Q&A session was very inquisitive and gave a great outlook for young writers. A special thanks to the faculty members in the English department and UC Clermont for this great insight of what it means to be an author.
